For a chance to win just cut out the entry form from The   West Australian   between Monday 25 and Friday 29 February or collect one as you enter the IDEAL HOME SHOW 2008. Complete your details on the form and drop it into the specially marked competition entry box located in the SNOOZE display at Stand 350.

Competition terms and conditions are displayed in the foyer at the home show and below. Winners will be drawn at 6.15pm on Monday 3 March and advised by mail. Winner’s names will also be posted on this website.

  • Complete the Competition Registration Coupon.
  • Tear off the Registration Coupon and drop it into the Competition Entry Box located at the Competition Entry Area.
  • Select the Door Prize Coupon representing the prize you’d like to win and answer the simple questions printed on the back.
  • Tear off the Door Prize Coupon and drop it into the Entry Box at the Stand nominated on the coupon.

DEFINITIONS

The $10,000 SNOOZE Dream Bedroom Competition (‘the Competition’)
The person entering the competition (‘the Entrant’)
The official competition entry form (‘the Entry Form’)
The official competition entry box located at the Event (‘the Entry Box’)
The IDEAL HOME SHOW 2008 (‘the Event’)
Monday 3 October 2008 (‘the Competition Closing Date’)
SNOOZE (‘the Prize Donor’)
Exibit Exhibitions & Publishing Pty Ltd (‘the Promoter)

PRIZE DESCRIPTION

The prize consists of: a King Size Perfect Partner Kingsdown ensemble, plus a King Size Temprakon light quilt, plus 2 x Temprakon Athletic Pillows with a combined value of $9,996.

COMPETITION STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. By entering the Competition the Entrant agrees to abide by all Terms and Conditions detailed below and elsewhere. Information on the Prize and how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Only original entries using the Entry Form will be accepted unless otherwise authorised by the Promoter. Only Entry Forms deposited in the correct Entry Box will be included in the draw.
  3. Entries close at 6:00pm on the Competition Closing Date.
  4. At approximately 6.15pm on the final day of the Event a representative of the Promoter will draw the winning Entry Form from all the Entry Forms deposited in the Entry Box by 6.00pm on the Competition Closing Date.
  5. The Prize is described on the Entry Form and above.
  6. The winner will be notified by mail and by accepting the Prize agrees to participate in any associated publicity. The winners’ details will also be posted on the event website.
  7. The Prize is offered in good faith on behalf of the Prize Donor and is subject to the COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS contained herein.
  8. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  9. The winner must make arrangements for redeeming the Prize within 12 months from the date of notification of their win unless otherwise stated on the entry form.
  10. Any additional expenses incurred by the prizewinner, other than those specifically described in the Prize description, are the responsibility of the winner.
  11. Delivery and installation is within the Perth metropolitan area only. Country readers should note that there might be additional expenses for delivery and installation. Any negotiation for delivery and installation will be with the Prize Donor.
  12. In the unlikely event that the Prize Donor fails to honour its prize commitment, the winner shall have no claim against the Promoter or any sponsor of the Event.
  13. The winner releases the Promoter and the Prize Donor from any and all causes of action, losses, liability, damage, expense (including legal expenses), cost or charge suffered, sustained or in any way incurred by the winner as a result of any loss or damage to any physical property of the winner or any injury or death of any person arising out of, or related to or in any way connected with the promoters of the Prize.
  14. Employees, proprietors and immediate family members of employees and proprietors of the Prize Donor, the Promoter, sponsors of the Event, exhibitors participating in the Event and any contractors associated with the Event or in any way engaged to work at or on the Event in any capacity whatsoever are excluded from entering the Competition.
  15. All Entrants must be over the age of 18 years.
  16. By entering the Competition the Entrant consents to the personal information they submit with the Entry Form being entered into a database by the Promoter and the Prize Donor to advise the Entrant of future events and special offers. Entries may be retained for up to twelve months.
  17. Unless otherwise stated, the first valid entry drawn will be declared the winner. The
  18. Entrant is not required to be present at the drawing of the prize to be eligible to win.
  19. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  20. The Promoter reserves the right to limit entry or amend rules without notice.
