Getting to the home show

Plan ahead and you’ll find that getting to home show can be fast, simple and inexpensive. Identify the travel option you want from the list below and use   the number to locate it on the map.

1 Perth Train Station
Currently the closest train stop to the Centre. A free CAT bus from the city station will drop you at the Centre’s front door or you can take a pleasant 10-15 minute stroll.

2 The NEW Esplanade Train Station
The newly opened Esplanade train station is located at the Centre’s front door. How easy is that!

3 Barrack Street Jetty
Park in South Perth, catch the ferry from the Mends Street Jetty to Barrack Street and it’s a short 5-minute walk. Alternatively you can catch a free CAT bus to the Centre from the Jetty.

4 Busport
Busport is Perth’s central bus station and is located at the Centre’s front door. Contact Transperth for timetable and fare information.

5 Arrival Plaza
Taxis and private vehicles can use the Centre’s Arrival Plaza to drop visitors at the front door.

6 Convention Centre Car Park [P6] Mounts Bay Rd Entrance
Enter the Centre’s car park at the intersection of Mounts Bay Road and Mill Street. See car park guide for parking fees.

7 Mitchell Freeway Off Ramp
If you’re driving from the North along the Mitchell Freeway take the Convention Centre off ramp 7 and drive directly to the Centre’s car park [P10] or follow the loop road to Mounts Bay Road.

8 Kwinana Freeway Off Ramp
 If you’re driving from the South along the Kwinana Freeway take the Mounts Bay Road off ramp 8 turn right into Mounts Bay Road and continue on until you reach [P6] then turn right into the Centre’s car park.

9 Perth Convention Exhibition Centre

Where to park

There’s plenty of parking in the city so why not make a day of it at the home show? Catch up on the latest in home ideas and then wander into town for a   snack. We’re open until 8.00PM on Friday and 6.00PM on all other days.

Special parking with free shuttle

Special home show parking is available all day Friday only on Ozone Reserve at a flat rate of $8.00 including a free shuttle bus service to the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre. The car park will open at 9:00AM both days. From 5:30PM the parking area will remain open to allow visitors who are still parked to exit when they leave the home show.

The free shuttle bus will operate from 9:00AM (departing the Ozone Reserve) to 8:30PM Friday (last shuttle bus departing the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre).

Public transport information

The new Esplanade Train StationTransperth and the City Busport are right at the front door of the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre and makes travelling   to the home show by bus, train or ferry a very simple and convenient   experience. Taxis are permitted to drop passengers at the front door and a taxi rank is adjacent to the Centre.

Facilities for the disabled

The Centre provides special parking bays, ramps, lifts and purpose built toilet facilities for the disabled.
